Rosie has been a member of CILEX since 1984 and qualified as a Fellow of CILEX in November 1989 and was a Council member for 13 years and was appointed as President of the Institute of Legal Executives between 2000 and 2001. Rosie has worked in the legal profession since leaving school in 1974, and has worked as a Conveyancer since 1981, bringing over 40 years of experience to her role.

Miranda qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and has always worked in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Miranda joined CMS in April 2021. Miranda deals with a wide variety of cases on behalf of both business and individuals. The areas of work which Miranda deals with include contract disputes, property and neighbour disputes to include boundary disputes, landlord and tenant cases and contested probate matters (for example, disputes regarding Wills or how a person’s estate is administered), amongst many other areas of disputes. Miranda has a practical way of dealing with disputes to try to resolve the dispute as quickly and cost effectively as possible. However, in the event court proceedings, arbitration, mediation or a tribunal is required, Miranda can guide you through the process to reach the most effective solution for you or your business.

Charlotte specialises in Family and Children Law and is Head of the firm’s Family Department. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 working at a firm in London before moving to the South Coast. Charlotte advises on all aspects of Family Law including divorce, financial, children matters and Care Proceedings. Charlotte regularly attends meetings with Local Authorities on behalf of clients and regularly represents parents in complex Care Proceedings with the Local Authority. She is a member of the Law Society Family Accreditation Scheme providing a high level of knowledge, skills and experience in these areas. Charlotte works full time and is based at our Bognor Regis office. She is able to offer appointments in person or via video, depending on the preference for the client.

Charlotte is the Senior Partner at Chamberlain Martin Solicitors and is the firm’s COFA.
